old hollywood in oregon.

I'm still wading through all the images from my trip to Portland and Forest Grove (and David Hill and everywhere else). There were just a few, however, I wanted to share now.

The bride, Katie, is one of those beautiful people whose presence improves any situation. If you're telling a sad story, she's the first one to hold your hand and cry with you. If you've got jokes, she's laughing the loudest. It was an absolute honor to be asked to photograph her wedding. Plus, she married Jeff; there isn't a better person for either of them. He is there for her when she cries and tells her jokes to make her laugh. I consider myself lucky to be his friend.

The picture of her dancing with her dad and you can see the tear track? Oh, my goodness! I LOVE IT!! And the cake matched her dress? How cool is that?!
